Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements: Experience in Facilities, Maintenance, Auto Mechanic, or Electric Mechanic roles. 2 year Trade Certificate in an Engineering discipline. Experience in maintenance within a large organization, ideally in the aviation ground support and/or cargo handling industry. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronic, automobile, air-conditioning, and refrigeration systems of light vehicles or material handling equipment/systems. Experience in the maintenance of Ground Support Equipment or Heavy Vehicles would be an advantage. Specialized training in hydraulics, lifting equipment, conveyor systems, material handling equipment, PLCs, AC/DC motor control systems, traction batteries, and chargers would be an advantage.
