Requirements
Education & Experience Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Digital Transformation, IT, or related field. Minimum 12 years of experience leading high-impact initiatives that enhance the shipper/forwarder experience, reduce operational costs and improve supply chain efficiency within a global organization . Strong understanding of Cargo Management Systems, e-freight standards (eAWB), and digital booking platforms. Experience mapping the "Shipment Journey" (booking to delivery) and implementing digital tools Experience in working with cross-functional teams. Proven ability to deliver results through agile methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.). Strong communication, stakeholder management, and data analysis skills.
