Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements: Completed Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent). Preferably in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Aviation Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline. 10+ years of experience in hospitality product design management. Experience in hospitality, lounge operations, product development, or a related field including experience in a management role. Understanding of project delivery, design and development processes, commercial evaluation, and governance frameworks. Knowledge of industry trends, customer insights, innovation practices, and emerging technologies and sustainability relevant to hospitality and guest experience.
